Understanding and defining the inter-connection of product manufacturers, distributors and retailers in developing winning strategies is an area of increasing need for all parties. Our client seeks to employ an Analysis Director to lead the China team, replacing the incumbent who will move to a new business area. The role entails working with internal and external clients, both locally and globally, to understand customer loyalty, developing and implementing strategic plans, oversee and manage the research process and specific projects, and to manage, train, lead and mentor the research team. You will have at least 15 years hands-on experience across a range of quantitative techniques and methodologies incorporating coding, analytics, segmentation and modeling, with proficiency in SAS, R, SQL or Python. For this role, it is essential that you are a fluent communicator in English and Mandarin, either currently based in China or planning to return to China, and prepared to accept an assignment offering significant career growth and an opportunity to lead. This is a senior role, with the remuneration package (significant salary plus bonus structure and allowances) at a level to reward skills, experience and expertise.
