This Senior Director role provides a significant opportunity for a researcher with at least 15 years experience in consumer and shopper insights, to both capitalise on and further enhance your skills, experience and expertise. The role entails: taking ownership of the direction and growth of the business unit, leading and mentoring an established research team and further enhancing partnership with world leading manufacturers of FMCG. You will have at least 15 years hands-on experience across a range of research techniques and methodologies combined with experience in providing guidance and direction to clients from a strategic and consultancy perspective. It is essential that you are a confident and effective communicator and presenter in English and (ideally) Mandarin, working with both internal teams and clients. The seniority of this role is evidenced by the remuneration package (salary, bonus structure and allowances) which is structured to recognize and reward skills, experience and expertise.
