A versatile and growing boutique research agency is looking for a Community Operations Manager. Based in Hong Kong, the incumbent should have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a research agency. A dynamic individual, you will have the basic skills of a quantitative market researcher in retail audit and a passion for social media, plus exposure to online and offline studies. You will have a good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese and the ability to write reports and posts and present to clients. A firm understanding of the Greater China market will be an advantage. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious researcher to further develop skills, experience and expertise, and learn from both agency and client side best practices.
