A world leader in all aspects of customer experience, our client requires a Director, Customer Experience to lead the Malaysia team. The role entails: developing and maintaining client relationships, client management and consultancy, business development, people and financial management, leading and mentoring teams, developing and implementing client-centric growth strategies and consultancy with focus in market entry, innovation, stakeholder management and brand considerations. The incumbent will have at least 8 years hands-on experience across a range of quantitative techniques and methodologies incorporating both consumer and technology focus in the area of customer experience. A fluent communicator and presenter in English, you will either be currently living in Malaysia or seeking to return home.
